School Visits/Workshops
The Young Citizens' Panel will be visiting schools across the borough, to relaunch! They will be showing the YCP promotional video, which will be updated once a month and can be found on our YouTube link, http://www.youtube.com/user/LewishamYCP
If we have time we are looking to do workshops on the following: What is the YCP doing right/wrong? How to increase attendance at meetings, What can the YCP do to make to make Lewisham a better place? Does the YCP need a budget? What should the YCP be discussing? Which methods of contacting young people are the best? Should school council representatives act as YCP ambassadors to help feed back information to schools?
These are just some of the questions that are going to be asked so if you have any ideas, have them ready for when we come to visit your school!
For any young people currently not involved in the Young Citizens' Panel there will be a recruitment process and information will be given out to you about our Facebook and Twitter websites.
