Lewisham YCP (Young Citizens Panel) is a dynamic group of young people commited to making Lewisham the best place to live for young people. The YCP works alongside the Young Mayor, Young Advisors and a whole load of other organisations to get young people's voices heard on a wide range of issues. We have over 800 members and numbers keep going up...
So what does being a member of the YCP mean? As well as giving you an opportunity to influence key decisions in Lewisham the YCP provides all the latest info on things to do and places to see in and around the borough including events, courses and employment opportunities. YCP also has strong international links with various countries across Europe which means young people have the chance to travel and experience other cultures. YCP runs several Live Events every month ranging from gaming tournaments to political debates, fantasy football leagues to working with the older people of the borough to bring the community together.
